Play Dough

Lately I have been scouring the internet for ideas to keep my little man busy throughout the day, so yesterday I decided to make his very first batch of play dough. I found this awesome recipe on pinterest of course:). It is from a really cool blogger, her website is www.howdoesshe.com. Anyways… here are the ingredients:

1 cup flour
1 cup water
1/4 cup salt
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 Tbls. Vegetable oil (I used canola oil)
food coloring (as much as you want)

It’s quite easy to make you just put all of the ingredients in a pan mix them until they are combined, then cook over medium heat until a ball forms. As soon as a ball forms dump it onto your counter you’ll want to wait a few minutes for it to cool then knead it until smooth. And last but certainly not least have fun playing with your new super soft and squishy play dough!

And of course I couldn’t  forget some adorable pictures of Riley seeing, touching, and of course tasting play dough for the first time hehe, enjoy:D
